Senior Tech Services Find their plan

Tech support for parents. Relief for you.

Be their family.
Not their
help desk.

You called to catch up. Somehow, you're resetting a password. Give your parents patient tech help by phone—and give your conversations a little more room for everything else.

Find the right plan

You choose the plan. They get someone to call.

A real conversation. One step at a time.

For the everyday “how do I?”

Patient people.
Plain English.

Across the United States

Real conversations. By phone.

Monday–Friday 9–5 Central

A little backup goes a long way

You know them best.
You don't have to
know every setting.

Across town or across the country, you can give your parents someone patient to turn to. We talk through the tech. They follow along at their pace.

  1. 01

    Pick their kind of backup.

Choose a plan, add your parent's name and phone number, and take care of the membership.

  2. 02

A question comes up. They call.

No new support app. No screen sharing. Just a phone call, Monday–Friday, 9–5 Central.

  3. 03

We take it one step at a time.

Clear explanations, time to follow along, and no need to apologize for asking again.

Sound familiar?

The questions haven't changed.
Who they call can.

The missing email. The mysterious update. The TV with three remotes. Everyday questions deserve a patient person, not another complicated explanation.

01 / STAY CONNECTED

Phones & tablets

Texts, photos, contacts, video calls, apps, and confusing settings.

02 / GET BACK IN

Email & accounts

Email basics, password reset guidance, and recognizing suspicious messages.

03 / MAKE IT WORK

Everyday devices

Talk-through help with computers, Wi-Fi, printers, TV remotes, and streaming.

04 / UNDERSTAND IT

Subscriptions & apps

Finding settings, understanding services, and navigating cancellation steps.

All help is provided by phone. Some issues need an internet provider, device repair, or in-person assistance; we'll explain when that is the case.

One less thing on your list

Peace of mind.
Pick your plan.

A little backup or an everyday help desk.
Every plan includes one-on-one support by phone.

Keep the connection. Lose the troubleshooting.

More “how was your day?”
Less “why won’t this work?”

You're still their person. Now you don't have to be their tech person, too. We make space for questions, repeat the steps, and help them find their footing.

A few things you might be wondering

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can I buy this for my parent?

Yes. The membership is designed for you to pay while your parent receives the help. During signup, you provide your details and your parent's name and phone number. Household lets you enroll two parents who live together.

Will they need to download anything?

No support software or screen-sharing app is required. We provide help over the phone and explain each step. For some issues, a separate phone makes it easier to follow along on the device that needs help.

What does “unlimited” mean?

Pro and Household have no monthly limit on the number of support calls for the enrolled parent or parents. Help is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Central, subject to availability. Unlimited does not mean 24-hour support or a guaranteed immediate answer.

Where is support available?

Our phone-based service is for families across the United States. The same Central Time support hours apply wherever your parents live.

Can every problem be fixed over the phone?

No. We can guide your parent through everyday questions and troubleshooting, but cannot repair hardware, guarantee account recovery, or fix an internet provider's outage. We do not offer home visits. If an issue needs another kind of help, we'll explain the next step.
